Alisema waombaji wapya wanatakiwa kulipa ada ya maombi ya sh 30,000 huku wanafunzi walio katika mwaka wa masomo wa tano au wa sita wataendelea kulipa ada ya maombi ya sh 10,000. "Wanafunzi wa mwaka wa pili, tatu na nne ambao walilipa ada ya maombi ya sh 30,000 katika miaka ya masomo ya 2009/2010, 2010/2011 na 2011/2012 hawatakiwi kulipa tena ada hiyo," alisema.

Mwaisobwa alisema mwombaji anatakiwa kuwa raia wa Tanzania, kudahiliwa katika chuo cha elimu ya juu, kutokuwa na njia nyingine ya kugharamia elimu ya juu, kufaulu mitihani ya mwaka uliotangulia kwa waombaji wanaoendelea na masomo pamoja na kuwa mhitaji. "Bodi inasisitiza kwamba waombaji wa mikopo wazingatie muda uliopangwa na pia kufuata kwa umakini taratibu zote zilizoainishwa katika uombaji wa mikopo," alisema na kusisitiza kuwa hakutakuwa na muda wa ziada baada ya muda uliopangwa kupita. Mwisho wa kupokea maombi hayo ya mikopo ni Juni 30.

The blast, in an area popular with tourists, has injured up to 40 people as rescue teams search rubble for trapped people.A powerful explosion in the centre of Prague has injured up to 40 people and left several others buried under rubble, police have said.
The blast in a building on Divadelni Street, close to the National Theatre, was heard as far away as Prague Castle, over a mile away across the Vltava river.It blew out the windows on many of the surrounding buildings which were evacuated.
A police spokesman said it was probably caused by natural gas and that there had been about 15 people in the building, which included an office of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and an art gallery.
Pensioner Venceslava Sehnotkova, who lives in a nearby house, told Reuters: "I was sitting quietly in my flat, making coffee. Then there was an incredible explosion. I thought the building would collapse. I looked out the window, and there was only dust everywhere."
"We have treated up to 20 people, and we are trying to find out if there are people buried in the rubble," Prague emergency service spokeswoman Jirina Ernestova told AFP.

She said there were fears three people may be buried in the rubble of the damaged building which police said was a former block of flats now used as office space.
Ms Ernestova said ambulances were staying at the scene "in case someone was pulled out of the rubble".
Zdenek Schwarz, head of the rescue service in Prague, said up to 40 people have been injured but suffered mainly bruises and cuts from glass.

Worshippers at the Fittja mosque in southern Stockholm on Friday heard Sweden's first-ever call to prayer, which brought some congregation members to tears of joy.
Guluz Kayhan, 45, had tears in her eyes when the notes of Sweden's first-ever call to prayer ended and worshippers hurried up the steps of the mosque.

"I don't go to the mosque as often as before but I wanted to experience this," she told The Local as she wiped tears from her blue eyes. Flanked by her two daughters, Kayhan made her way inside, slipping off her shoes. "I'm really proud of Sweden," said her daughters' friend Havva Göcmenoglu, 24. "I am proud of being part of a society that respects different religions."
Yet as the spring sun broke through the clouds after a bitterly dour morning, two men in a red Volvo 740 crept up to the curb and halted, just to spin their wheels so furiously the rubber shrieked as much as it burned. As the cyclical and seemingly never ending debate about education rages on, the topic - somewhat ironically, often poses more questions than it provides answers. But what is the value of mainstream schooling?

 Why is it that some of the most high profile and successful figures within the Western world openly admit to never having completed any form of higher learning? Paying homage to Jefferson Bethke's "Why I Hate Religion but Love Jesus", a piece that received 22 million views in the space of a week, I address a number of these issues in my offering "Why I Hate School, but Love Education".

 With scores of school leavers wanting to further their education with no guarantee of their dream job at the end of it, we should ask ourselves whether qualifications still hold the same value now as they did in previous years? A Man Facing up to 15 Years in Prison After Raping His Pet Dogs

A man from Michigan recently found out he was facing up to 15 years in prison after he was convicted of raping with two of his pet dogs on two separate occasions. The same (unfortunate) person caught him both times.

According to Michigan Live News, 37-year-old Kurtis Peterson, a convicted sex offender, was first caught “penetrating” one of his dogs — a bluee heeler — by a woman named Joyce Yeaw at his apartment in Muskegon, Mich. on his bed in April 2012.
At the time, Peterson told her he was “just hugging his dog.” (Right…) But he was busted again by Joyce just two months later when she was returning keys she borrowed from his roommate, and she walked in on him having sex with his pit bull.

This time she called the cops (honestly she should have called them the first time…) and Peterson was arrested. Yeaw said, “He was having sex with the dog, it was disgusting.”
