them access to important information that will assist with their
studies. The youth form a large chunk of our customers and we hope with
the free Wikipedia will benefit them immensely,” said Rene Meza, Vodacom Tanzania Managing Director, explaining that the new volumes aim at giving the best customer experience for data users.
“For
as little as Tsh 250 per day you get 25MB which means you can google
anything faster, stay connected to friends and impress everyone with how
much you know,” says Meza, adding that the Wajanja Internet Campaign,
which has been organizing various music shows across the country, has
been a great success so far, and the new offers will even be more
affordable for everyone.
Other
bundle offers include 50MB for Tsh450 per day, 150MB for
Tsh2,500 for 7 days and 100MB for just Tsh 2000 usable over 30 days.
To buy any Vodacom Internet bundle, dial *149*01# and select the Internet option. One
can also buy for another Vodacom number from the main Vodacom prepaid
phone. This is through dialing *149*01# and selecting Internet then ‘Buy
