But, while the country is struggling to find solutions to a problem that could wipe away an entire generation, a new trend where unscrupulous pharmacists are selling drugs meant for the mentally ill over the counter to youths who simply want to get intoxicated, has emerged. Our reporter has been on the trail of such pharmacists who, at the cost of the lives of these addicts, continue to rake in millions of shillings in untaxed profits by illegally selling drugs meant for the mentally ill with no prescription.
