Seven athletes from Cameroon have gone missing from the athletes' village, officials have said.
The five boxers, swimmer and a footballer have all disappeared from the
athletes' village at the Olympic Park in Stratford, east London, David
Ojong, the head of mission for Team Cameroon, told reporters.
The missing athletes include all five of the team's boxers - Thomas
Essomba, who competed in the 49kg category, Christian Donfack Adjoufack

The others were Drusille Ngako, 25, a stand-by goalkeeper for Cameroon's women's team, and swimmer Paul Ekane Edingue, 21.
None are believed to have yet applied for asylum in the UK.
They would not be currently breaking the law as their visas would allow them to remain in the UK for the Olympics period.
Olympic competitors are allowed to remain in Britain until early
November under the accrediation rules used instead of normal visa
procedures.
