Like they say it’s better to give than receive, and that is exactly what Rihanna has done. Like many celebs, Rihanna is on holiday vacation. While there she donated $1.75 million dollars worth of equipment to Barbados’ Queen Elizabeth Hospital in honor of her grandmother that passed not too long ago. If anybody knows Rih Rih they know that her grandmother played a big part in her life. Rihanna’s mother and grandfather were also there to witness the good deed. The hospital renamed their radiotherapy department “Clara Braithwaite Centre for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine“! It’s always good to see people give back.
