President Kagame Meets South Korea’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Kim Sung-Hwan

 Today, President Kagame received South Korea’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Kim Sung-Hwan at Urugwiro Village. Kim Sung-Hwan is in Rwanda for a two day visit aimed at enhancing bilateral relations as well as strengthening Rwanda and Korea’s collaboration on the United Nations Security Council.

Commenting on the diplomatic relations between South Korea and Rwanda, Kim Sung-Hwan told the press:
“We have a longstanding and healthy relationship with Rwanda. We have formally agreed to promote the protection of traders and investors willing to work in either country. Our people will interact more as well as have the opportunity to expand their businesses.”
As newly elected members of the United Nations Security Council, Minister Kim Sung-Hwan also emphasized South Korea’s intention to learn more about the region and work closely with Rwanda on to promote peace and security.
Established in 1963, this year will mark the 50th anniversary of Rwanda’s diplomatic relations with the Republic of Korea. With partnerships on projects including water resource development, ICT development and vocational training, South Korea and Rwanda continue to share excellent bilateral relations and mutual support at multilateral level.
Rwanda’s diplomatic bureau in Seoul was opened in November 2008 and upgraded to a fully-fledged Embassy in February 2009 while Korea appointed its Head of Mission at ambassadorial level in October 2012.

Ronaldo scored 62 goals for Brazil before retiring with health problems

Former Brazilian international footballer Ronaldo is moving to the UK to study advertising.
The 36-year-old, full name Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima, is expected to arrive in March, and could stay in Britain for two years or more.
The striker, who played for Brazil in 98 international matches, scoring 62 goals, already has his own marketing agency called 9ine.
Ronaldo, who retired from football in February 2011, told Brazil’s Meio e Mensagem newspaper: "I feel a great need to become a student.
"I've learned a lot, travelling, living abroad, just in the school of life."Ronaldo in his playing days
His company teamed up with marketing communications firm WPP in Brazil, and its UK branch is expected to work with the player on his arrival in Britain.
Ronaldo, who suffered a number of injuries during his football career, gave up the sport as he was experiencing ongoing pain and problems with his thyroid gland.
He added: "Eighteen years have passed and I’ve hardly studied, but I have to immerse myself in something. I'll ask questions all the time - just like a striker."
In 2007, Ronaldo was named one of the best players of all time by France Football and was named in the Fifa 100 - a list of the greatest footballers compiled by fellow Brazilian Pele.
But in April 2008 it emerged that he had taken three transvestite prostitutes back to his room after visiting a nightclub in Rio de Janeiro.
Ronaldo's engagement to Maria Beatriz Antony was cancelled in the wake of the scandal. But it later resumed and she went on to give birth to their first daughter on December 24 that year.

After a San Diego man’s iPhone was stolen from him at a reggae a couple of weeks ago, he used the device’s insanely useful “Find My iPhone” feature to track down its precise location and keep tabs on it.
The app eventually led 26-year-old Kenneth Schmidgall and his roommate Greg Torkelson, a freelance news photographer, to a guy riding his bicycle near Torrey Pines State Beach.
“I saw the gentleman on the bike and we followed it and kept tracking it and every time it would stop, the guy on the bike would stop,” Schmidgall told KGTV-TV.
