Kesi ya Mauaji Inayomkabili Papa Msofe Yakwama!!!

MAHAKAMA ya Hakimu Mkazi Kisutu, Dar es Salaam, jana imeshindwa kusikiliza kesi inayomkabili mfanyabiashara maarufu jijini hapa, Bw. Marijani Msofe (50), maarufu 'Papa Msofe', kwa sababu mshtakiwa anaumwa.
Wakili wa Serikali Bi. Mwanaisha Komba, mbele ya Hakimu Agness Mchome, alidai shuari hilo lilikuja mahakamani hapo kwa ajili ya kutajwa na upepelezi haujakamilika.
Baada ya Bi. Komba kutoa maelezo hayo, Ofisa mmoja wa Jeshi la Magereza alidai mshtakiwa Bw. Msofe anasumbuliwa na malaria pamoja na kuonesha cheti chake cha hospitali.
Hakimu Mchome aliahirisha kesi hiyo hadi Septemba 4-5 mwaka huu na itasikilizwa mfululizo. Awali wakili wa Serikali Bi. Tumaini Kweka, alidai mshtakiwa ambaye ni mkazi wa Mikocheni, anakabiliwa na kosa moja la mauaji.
Bi. Kweka alidai kuwa, Novemba 6,2011, huko Magomeni Mapipa, mshtakiwa ambaye anatetewa na wakili wa kujitegemea, Bw. Majura Magafu, alimuua Bw. Onesphory Kitoli, upelelezi wa kesi hiyo bado haujakamilika.

Ni mmoja kati ya watu maarufu sana hapa nchini. Jina lake limetajwa sana, picha zake zimejitokeza mara nyingi kwenye vyombo vya habari na mitandao ya intaneti. Wakati Yussuf Makamba akiwa Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Dar es Salaam, mzee huyu alipata umaarufu kutokana na mchuano wao, anatajwa na Prof. Jay kwenye wimbo wake bongo Dar es Salaam. Huyu ni mzee Anthon Matonya a.k.a Rais wa Dodoma, taarifa nilizopata ni kwamba mzee huyu hatunaye tena. R.I.P Mzee Matonya.

Mzee wa Commercial at The Closing Ceremony of The U17 Afracan Pan-African Champions!

Famous African musician from DRC Papa Wemba, 2 Face Idibia from Nigeria, Tanzanian rapper Ambwene Yessaya ‘AY’ and Daddy Owen from Kenya are set to perform at the closing ceremony of the U17 African Pan-African champions – Airtel Rising Stars at the Nyayo National Stadium, Nairobi on Saturday.

According to a statement released by the coordinators of the tournament, the musicians will start perfo
rming at noon whereby each artist will perform most preferred songs like..

TUTAENDELEA KUSAFIRISHA MCHANGA WA DHAHABU NNJE YA NCHI

Profesa Sospeter Muhongo WAZIRI wa Nishati na Madini, Profesa Sospeter Muhongo, amesema Serikali itaendelea kusafirisha mchanga ya madini nje ya nchi ili ukafanyiwe uchunguzi kutokana na ukosefu wa maabara zenye uwezo wa kubaini aina mbalimbali za madini nchini.

 
Alisema kusafirishwa kwa mchanga huo, si wizi bali hali hiyo inachangiwa na ukosefu wa vifaa vya kisasa vyenye uwezo wa kuchambua aina tofauti za madini.
Prof. Muhongo aliyasema hayo juzi wakati akihitimisha ziara yake katika Wilaya ya Bunda, mkoani Mara waakati akijibu swali la mkazi wa Kijiji cha Mwibara, Bw. Qudra Maalim.
Bw. Maalim alitaka kujua sababu ya mchanga ya dhahabu kutoka migodi mbalimbali kusafirishwa kwa ndege kwenda nchi za nje ambapo Prof. Muhongo alisisitiza kuwa, si Tanzania pekee inayofanywa bali nchi nyingi zinasafirisha mchanga huo.
“Serikali itaendelea kusafirisha mchanga huu wakati ikiendelea kutafuta njia mbadala, katika migodi mingi ya dhahabu yapo madini mengine kama shaba, fedha na kopa.
“Madini haya unaweza kuyakuta katika michanga ya dhahabu na suluhisho pekee la kutopeleka michanga nje ni kujengwa maabara za kisasa zenye uwezo wa kufanya uchambuzi,” alisema.
Aliongeza kuwa, maabara zilizopo zina uwezo wa kubainisha dhahabu katika miamba ya madini kwa asilimilia 40 hivyo ili kufiki asilimia 100 ya uchambuzi huo, asilimia 60 ya michanga itokanayo na miamba hupelekwa nje kuchambuliwa kwenye maabara za kisasa.
Alizitaja baadhi ya nchi zenye maabara za kisasa kuwa ni Ujerumani na Marekani ambapo pamoja na kufanya kazi ya madini nchini, hajawahi kutumia maabara kuchunguza miamba ya madini kwa sababu uwezo wake ni mdogo.
“Niseme ukweli kwamba, mimi nilisoma katika nchi zenye maabara ya hali za juu kama Ujerumani, pamoja na kufanya shughuli za nishati na madini, sijawahi kutumia vipimo vya mahabara zilizopo nchini kwetu, huu ndio ukweli,” alisema Prof. Muhongo.
