• He will keep his arms stiff and move it mechanically as if directed by some external force against his WILL.

• His hands may try to cover his mouth.

• Touching the nose and Scratching behind the ear

• He shrugs his Shoulders a little trying to be Casual.

• The persons hand Gestures will be inappropriate to his Words.

• Expressions won't be related to Verbal meaning. For example Frowning while saying "I love you" 

• Unusual head movements

• When you ask a Question and if he looks to his right-top ie. your Left while or before answering, then he is telling you a constructed story. Well, this is for a Right handed person and a Left handed person does exactly the opposite.

• A liar might place some object like Coffee cup, books etc. between both of you.

• He will not feel comfortable sitting in front of you and may move his head and Body away from you.

• FAKE SMILE -  When you smile naturally, the facial muscles..

Aurora shooting Suspect James Holmes Makes first Appearance in Court

Suspected Colorado gunman James Holmes made his first appearance in court Monday, orange-haired and seemingly bewildered, to face charges after one of America's worst-ever mass shootings.

 

Wearing a maroon prison jumpsuit, the 24-year-old Holmes stared blankly as lawyers discussed procedural arrangements with the Arapahoe County judge. He was later led out after the hearing, which lasted less than 10 minutes.

He is accused of shooting dead 12 people and wounding 58 others at a cinema Friday in Aurora, outside Denver, as young moviegoers packed the midnight screening of the latest Batman film, "The Dark Knight Rises.

Holmes is scheduled to appear in court again next..
