Pasadena Recovery Center
VH1 cameras followed Janice Dickinson, Rachel Uchitel and Eric Roberts (among others) as they faced their demons on Celebrity Rehab. The California-based facility makes use of San Marino High School volunteers.

Betty Ford Center
Long before Lindsay Lohan became a resident, Keith Urban, Ozzy Osbourne and Chevy Chase all sought treatment at the Rancho Mirage, Calif. clinic. Just 30 days of inpatient care can cost up to $27,400.

Promises Treatment
Britney Spears, Robert Downey Jr. and Ben Affleck have all stayed at the California facility. It treats a wide variety of addictions, including alcoholism, cocaine addiction, prescription drug abuse and marijuana abuse.
Passages Rehab Facility
David Hasselhoff, Andy Dick and Stephen Baldwin have all been patients at the Malibu rehab center. The facility was co-founded by father and son team Chris and Pax Prentiss.

LEWIS HAMILTON Has Told The Health and Safety Police to Leave the Monaco Grand Prix Alone.

The British F1 ace says he loves flying around the ruthless La Rascasse turn and diving out of the Tunnel at full-pelt of this, the most historic F1 circuit, on the calendar.
So far, the sport’s governing body have resisted making sweeping changes around this brutal street circuit.
And Hamilton wants it to stay that way, otherwise he says F1 could become boring if it is too safe.
He said: “This is definitely the most raw circuit to drive. It is the coolest atmosphere.
“I always talk about the tracks where you have run-off areas and how we seem to have more and more of them.  “I liked it back in the day when there was grass behind the kerb and if you touched it, then you would spin off.  “That’s why I love this track more than any of the others. This is a track where it is still old school.
“It is the hardest track in the world and I hope it stays that way. It has been like that since way back in the past.
“Of course, it is important that we take steps to improve safety, that’s why the Grand Prix Drivers’ Association exists and the FIA work so hard on.
“It is important that we keep that, but if it becomes the safest sport in the world, it might not be the most exciting sport in the world.”
Hamilton, who lives in the towering Le Roccabella building in principality has been the victim here.
He famously crashed out at the Mirabeau corner during qualifying in 2009 when he was the world champion.
But he admits he’d still have the same instinct to race his heart out, even when safety was at a minimum in the 1950s.

  8)Emotional manipulation like “If you really loved me, you would… (have sex/stop talking to your ex-boyfriend/spend every night with me…”).

Bandari D’Salaam Yapoteza Sh3 Trilioni

Dar es Salaam. Bandari ya Dar es Salaam imekuwa ikilikosesha taifa Dola 1.8 bilioni za Marekani (Sh2.8 trilioni) kwa mwaka, kutokana na kukosa ubora wa biashara.

Kutokana na hali hiyo, wataalamu wameeleza kuwa bandari hiyo inahitaji kufanyiwa maboresho muhimu ya hali ya juu, ili fedha hizo zisaidie nchi kuacha kutegemea misaada ya maendeleo.
Kwa mujibu wa ripoti iliyopo kwenye kitabu cha Opening the Gates: How the port of Dar es Salaam can transform Tanzania, licha ya Bandari ya Dar es Salaam kuwa sehemu nzuri, imekosa uwezo hivyo usimamiaji sera bora za kuiboresha zinatekelezwa taratibu. Ripoti hiyo inaeleza kuwa, mwaka 2012 pekee bandari hiyo ilikosesha taifa kiasi hicho cha fedha, huku ikizikosesha nchi jirani Sh1.3 trilioni.
“Fedha hizo ni sawa na asilimia saba ya pato la taifa, kitu ambacho kinawaathiri wanunuzi, wafanyabiashara na wakala mbalimbali wa Serikali,” inaeleza.
Mchumi Mkuu wa Benki ya Dunia (WB), Jacques Morisset ameihimiza Tanzania kuifanya bandari hiyo kuwa moja ya vipaumbele vyake vya juu kwa ajili ya kukua kwa uchumi.
“Watumiaji Bandari ya Dar es Salaam wanalipa fedha nyingi kwa wasimamizi wa bandari na wakala mbalimbali, kwa ajili ya huduma zao kuliko Mombasa,” alisema Morisset.
Akizungumzia ripoti hiyo, Waziri wa Uchukuzi, Dk Harrison Mwakyembe alisema Serikali imekuwa ikijitahidi kuboresha bandari hiyo, lakini kazi ya ziada inahitajika kuifanya iweze kushindana na nyingine. “Tunahitaji nchi jirani ziendelee kuitumia bandari yetu, bado tuna kazi kubwa ya kufanya ndiyo maana niko hapa, tunahitaji kuimarisha Kitengo cha Operesheni na maeneo mengine,” alisema Dk Mwakyembe.
