Eight feminists flashed their breasts in the heart of Paris’s Notre Dame cathedral to celebrate Pope Benedict XVI’s shock resignation announcement.
The members of the Femen movement entered the Gothic cathedral dressed in long coats which they whipped off inside while ringing three bells neºar the altar.
“Pope no more!” they cried. “No more homophobe” and “Bye bye Benedict!” Scandalized visitors voiced their disapproval. “This is a sacred place, you can’t strip here,” said a Frenchwoman.
The Femen women’s power group has been making headlines since 2010 for topless feminist, pro-democracy and anti-corruption protests in Russia, Ukraine and London.

Within hours of Pope Benedict announcing his resignation, lightning struck St Peter's Basilica.
The Pope, who is 85 years old, has been the head of the Church since 2005.

Mum of Eight 'Killed by Her Addiction to Coca-Cola'

 

A MUM OF EIGHT’S addiction to drinking 18 PINTS of Coca-Cola a day probably killed her, a coroner has ruled. The coroner called on soft drinks firms to carry more warnings about the risks of sugar and caffeine
Natasha Harris, who died three years ago after a cardiac arrest, drank up to 10 litres of the fizzy drink each day.
This is twice the recommended safe limit of caffeine and more than 11 times the recommended sugar intake.

Coca-Cola had argued that it could not be proved its product had contributed to Ms Harris’ death.
The mother of eight, from the southern city of Invercargill, had suffered for years from ill health.
Her family said she had developed an addiction to Coca-Cola and would get withdrawal symptoms, including “the shakes”, if she went without her favourite drink.

Akizungumza na waandishi wa habari kuhusu ziara hiyo, Afisa biashara mkuu wa Zantel, Sajid Khan, alisema dhumuni kubwa la ziara hiyo ni kuwajengea vijana hao msingi katika kazi yao ya muziki baada ya shindano la Epiq BSS kuisha.
‘Lengo letu kuu la kudhamini Epiq BSS haikuwa kumpa mshindi zawadi, la hasha, bali tulikuwa na mpango madhubuti wa kubadilisha maisha ya vijana hawa kupitia vipaji vyao’ alisema Khan.

The list of Best Pictures at the Oscars is a long and illustrious one.

So to commemorate 85 years of handing out statues for the best film of the year, artist Olly Moss was tasked with making a poster by the Academy of Motions Picture Arts and Sciences.

Representing each Best Picture with a twist to the iconic art deco figure, Moss has encapsulated nearly a century in filmmaking.
Often witty, sometimes poignant, it's yet more fine work from Moss, who has previously reworked posters for everything from 'Blade Runner' to 'The Dark Knight Rises'.

Helicopter Crash Caught On Camera - Top Gear Korea. Top Gear

This was an accident that was caught on camera during filming for Top Gear Korea. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. The original challenge pitted presenter Kim Jin Pyo in a Corvette ZR1 against an AH1 Cobra helicopter in true Top Gear style.

Watu hao wamekuwa wakiwatapeli maofisa mbalimbali kuwa wanaweza kuwafanyia mipango ya kupandishwa vyeo endapo watawapatia kiasi cha fedha jambo ambalo halipo katika taratibu za utumishi wa umma.

Utumishi wa umma unazo taratibu zake za kuwapandisha vyeo watumishi wake kulingana na sifa za kada zao na wala haiwezekani kwa viongozi waandamizi kuwachangisha fedha kwa ajili ya kuwapandisha vyeo. Serikali inawataka wananchi kuwapuuza matapeli hao na watoe taarifa katika vyombo vya dola na usalama mara wapatapo ujumbe wa aina hiyo ili hatua zichukuliwe dhidi yao.
