Bunge Limeunda Kamati Maalumu Kwenda Mtwara Kutafuta Suluhu
Spika wa Bunge bi Anne Makinda amesema Bunge limeunda Kamati Maalumu kwenda mkoani Mtwara kutafuta suluhu kuhusu suala la nishati ya gesi, iliyopatikana mkoani humo. Spika Makinda ameyasema hayo wakati akiahirisha kikao cha Bunge kilichoanza leo Mkoani Dodoma.
Spika amesema matokeo ya Kamati hiyo Maalumu yatawasilishwa kujadiliwa Bungeni. Iddi Maalim wa TBC anaripoti katika taarifa iliyosomwa saa saba mchana ifuatavyo:
Bunge sasa linaunda Kamati ambayo itakwenda Mtwara, kuwasikiliza Wananchi halafu ndani ya kikao hiki –mkutano huu unaofanyika– Kamati ya Bunge itakuwa imekwenda Mtwara, itawasikiliza Wananchi, italeta masuala ambayo yanazungumzwa kule Mtwara kisha yatajadiliwa.
Hili alikuwa analizungumza baada ya kusema kuwa amepokea vikaratasi na maombi mengi kwamba Bunge lijadili suala la Mtwara, gesi kama suala ambalo ni la dharura.
Lakini akasema kwamba, ile hoja si ya dharura na akaeleza pia ukweli kwamba Wabunge ambao wanasema lijadiliwe kama suala la dharura wengi wao hawalifahamu kwa undani, kwa hiyo badala ya kujadili jambo ambalo hawalifahamu kwa undani, ni afadhali ataunda kamati ambayo itakwenda Mtwara ikirudi itakuja na majibu, na mapendekezo ya Wananchi na ndipo Bunge litajadili ndani ya Mkutano huu wa kumi.

Lakini akasema kwamba, ile hoja si ya dharura na akaeleza pia ukweli kwamba Wabunge ambao wanasema lijadiliwe kama suala la dharura wengi wao hawalifahamu kwa undani, kwa hiyo badala ya kujadili jambo ambalo hawalifahamu kwa undani, ni afadhali ataunda kamati ambayo itakwenda Mtwara ikirudi itakuja na majibu, na mapendekezo ya Wananchi na ndipo Bunge litajadili ndani ya Mkutano huu wa kumi.

A TWISTED mum has been caught on camera restraining her screaming toddler son as he is given a TATTOO.
The clip shows the terrified lad, believed to be three, trying to escape as he writhes in agony.
Shockingly, his mum pins him to her chest during the procedure, understood to have taken place in Havana, Cuba.
At one point, she is heard saying "mire, mire" - Spanish for "look" - as her distraught child continues to scream and cry.
Hardcore dance music is heard playing in the background during the disturbing 1min 6sec film, posted online over the weekend.

Bouncers block only exit as flares set the ceiling alight
A BAND sets off fireworks in a packed club — just moments before a blaze broke out killing 233 people.
Sparks from the display, ignited as part of the act, hit the ceiling — sparking the devastating inferno in Brazil.
Many died after inhaling toxic fumes, while others were crushed in a battle to get out.
Bouncers, initially unaware of the unfolding horror, were baffled by the sudden exodus and blocked the only exit.
Many revellers mistook the club’s toilets for the way out. Their bodies were found “stacked” inside. Some 2,000 people were in the Kiss club in Santa Maria when flames ripped through it at 2.30am.
Grim task ... fireman carries a victim from club
Cop Luiza Souza said the singer wore a glove with a firework attached that was set off by remote control. He added: “The sparks hit sponge on the ceiling above the stage and from there the fire spread.”
Witnesses said the singer grabbed a fire extinguisher but it didn’t work. The band’s accordionist Danilo Jaques, was among the dead. Many victims were aged 16 to 20. A further 116 people were hurt.
Wrecked ... fire crews at burned-out building
Survivor Rodrigo Moura, 20, said: “Had the extinguisher worked nobody would have died.”
Murilo Tiecher, 26, said: “Bouncers were holding the exit door shut. It seemed they thought people were trying to leave because of a fight and didn’t want them to go without paying for drinks.” The bar had a tab arrangement.
