Al-Shabab Holds Hostages in Kenya Mall Siege (Video)
Armed Somali group al-Shabab has claimed responsibility for the attack and ongoing siege of an upscale shopping mall in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi that has left at least 30 people dead and 50 injured.Kenyan security forces have arrested one of the gunmen who attacked the mall on Saturday, the Kenyan presidency said on Twitter.The east African country's head of police, David Kimaiyo, said via Twitter that several other assailants had been pinned down after soldiers and police moved into the mall to hunt down the attackers.Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.

Following the crackdown on immigrants in Tanzania that saw several Kenyan and Ugandan teachers expelled from the country, the Department of Labour has raised a complaint with the Ministry of East African Affairs seeking resolution on the matter. Kenya has held generally amicable relations with its southern neighbor, albeit likened to sibling rivalry at times. However, Tanzania's recent actions could have stirred up another diplomatic row.

Introduction Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) was established under the Tanzania Revenue Authority Act No.11 Of 1995.The Authority is a semi-autonomous agency of the Government responsible for the administration of the Central Government taxes as well as several non-tax revenues. Minimum Job Requirements Qualification Applicants for the position must have an Ordinary Level Education Certificate (Form IV) with a clean Class C1, C2, C3, or E Driving Licence in the new licensing system. Having a Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics from VETA or a Trade Test Grade II in Automobile Engineering from a recognised Institution or a Certificate in Motor Vehicle Driving from the National Institute of Transport will be an added advantage. Experience The applicant must have at least five years driving experience,• two of which must be in either of the above mentioned classes. Key Competencies Teamwork Customer Focus Change Orientation Performance and Accountability Integrity General Applicants MUST be ready to work anywhere in the United Republic of Tanzania.
