CHAMA cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (Chadema) kimeendelea kuwavuta wasanii kujiunga na chama hicho, ambapo sasa wasanii wanne wa muziki wa kizazi kipya, maarufu Bongofleva na filamu, wanatarajiwa kutangazwa kuhamia chama hicho wiki hii.
Wasanii hao wanadaiwa tayari kukubali kuingia kwenye chama hicho na wanatarajiwa kutangazwa rasmi hadharani katika mkutano wa hadhara utakaofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam. Kukubali kwao kuingia katika siasa, kunatajwa kutokana na ushawishi mkubwa uliofanywa na wabunge vijana wa chama hicho, pamoja na Diwani wa CCM kutoka kata moja ya Wilaya ya Kinondoni, ili chama hicho kivune kura za vijana katika uchaguzi mkuu wa 2015.
Wabunge hao wa Chadema na majimbo yao katika mabano ni Halima Mdee (Kawe); Kabwe Zitto (Kigoma Kaskazini); John Mnyika (Ubungo) na Joseph Mbilinyi, jina la kisanii Sugu (Mbeya Mjini).
Habari kutoka kwa watu wa karibu na wasanii hao pamoja na ndani ya Chadema, zinawataja wasanii hao kuwa ni wanamuziki Judith Wambura maarufu Lady Jaydee na wa miondoko ya Hip hop, Selemani Msindi ama Afande Sele.
Taarifa zinawataja wengine kuwa ni mwanamuziki Fredy Maliki maarufu Mkoloni na mwigizaji wa filamu, Jacob Steven kwa jina la kisanii JB.
Inadaiwa wasanii hao lengo la kuingia katika siasa kupitia chama hicho, ni kuwania ubunge ambapo Jaydee anatajwa kutaka kugombea wilayani Musoma; Afande Sele Morogoro Mjini; Mkoloni Jimbo la Tanga na JB Jimbo la Mkoa wa Dar es Salaam.
Hata hivyo gazeti hili lilipowatafuta kuzungumzia taarifa hizo wote walikana ingawa wapo waliokiri kushawishiwa kuingia kwenye chama hicho na viongozi wa Chadema na wananchi, ili wagombee ubunge.
Afande Sele alikana kujiunga na chama hicho na kusema hana taarifa hizo isipokuwa ni kweli ameshawahi kufuatwa na viongozi wa Chadema wa Mkoa wa Morogoro, wakimtaka ajiunge na chama hicho na agombee ubunge Morogoro Mjini.
“Nimeshafuatwa na viongozi wa Chadema wa mkoa na kata nijiunge na chama hicho na nigombee ubunge …tena hata vijana wengi na baadhi ya wazee wamenitaka nigombee ubunge kwa kupitia Chadema lakini nimekataa.
“Pia Sugu ni mshikaji wangu na anapokuja Morogoro, vijiwe vyake ndio vyangu naye vijana wameshamfuata wakimwambia anishawishi nigombee ubunge kupitia Chadema, amekuwa akiniambia vijana wananitaka lakini mimi sitaki, sijawahi kujiunga na chama chochote na naona mbunge wa sasa (Abdulaziz Aboud) anafanya kazi nzuri.
“Mimi sio mwanasiasa, lakini ni mwanaharakati kupitia muziki na mtandaoni na nimekuwa nikitoa maoni mengi na kukosoa lakini narudia si mwanasiasa na sijawahi kujiunga na chama chochote,” alisema Afande Sele.
Vilevile amekanusha kushawishiwa na viongozi wa kitaifa wa Chadema au wabunge, ingawa amekiri kuna wabunge wa chama hicho kuwa ni marafiki zake wakiwemo Mbilinyi na Zitto.
Kwa upande wa Jaydee alisema hafuati itikadi ya chama chochote cha siasa na hapendi siasa kutokana na imani kuwa siasa ni uongo na yeye hapendi uongo. Alisema hana nia ya kujiunga na chama chochote cha siasa wala kugombea ubunge kupitia chama chochote.
Hata hivyo alipoulizwa iwapo atagombea baada ya Katiba kuruhusu mgombea binafsi, alisema kwa wakati huo atajua.
Hata hivyo, Licha ya kuwaona wanasiasa ni waongo, anakiri wapo wanasiasa anawaamini kutokana na kazi zao na kumtaja miongoni mwao ni Mwenyekiti wa UDP, John Cheyo na Mbunge wa Afrika Mashariki, Shy-rose Bhanji.
Mwanamuziki huyo alisema licha ya kuwa na marafiki wa Chadema na CCM kama Sugu na Profesa Jay wa Chadema na Mbunge wa Viti Maalumu, Catherine Magige na Bhanji wa CCM, hawajawahi kumshawishi kujiunga na vyama vyao.
Mkoloni Akizungumzia taarifa hizo za kujiunga na Chadema, JB alikana na kusema; “mimi na siasa ni vitu tofauti, sijawahi kufuatwa na mtu wa Chadema na angalau kungekuwa na dalili basi uniulize, hiyo ni taarifa ya kutengenezwa na wewe ndiye uliyetengeneza hakuna aliyekupa ni udaku huo.”
Kwa upande wa Mkoloni, alisema hajawahi kufuatwa wala kushawishiwa kujiunga na chama chochote, isipokuwa ni mwanachama wa muda mrefu wa Chadema na amekuwa akishiriki kampeni, mikutano ya hadhara na matukio yote ya uhamasishaji ndani ya chama hicho.
Alisema kuhusu kuombwa kuwania jimbo mkoani Tanga kwa tiketi ya chama hicho, alisema hajawahi kuombwa na chama hicho kufanya hivyo.
“Sijawahi kuombwa nigombee jimbo, na kuhusu nia ya kugombea, ni mapema mno kuzungumzia suala hilo sasa na hata kanuni za chama changu haziruhusu labda uniulize swali hilo mwakani naweza kuwa na jibu,” alisema Mkoloni.
Kwa upande wake, Katibu Mkuu wa Chadema, Dk Willibrod Slaa, alikataa kuzungumzia taarifa hizo akidai yuko barabarani na masuala yote yanayohusu chama hicho aulizwe Msemaji wa chama hicho.

Have you been to Bongo Bongo Land? I have – but only in Tintin and dogeared copies of Sanders of the River and the fabulous Deborah Kerr and Stewart Grainger version of King Solomon's Mines. Still, I think we all have a good idea what Ukip MEP Godfrey Bloom was on about when he told a meeting of supporters in the West Midlands that he didn't want vast sums of taxpayers' money being squandered on pointless foreign aid. Often, he noted, it ends up not in the hands of the needy but on "Ray-Ban sunglasses, apartments in Paris, Ferraris and all the rest of it" for grasping Third World kleptocrats.
If anyone has a problem with the factual basis of Bloom's argument, let them speak up now. I'd be truly fascinated to hear them make the case that – contra Jonathan Foreman's bravura demolition of the foreign aid industry Aiding And Abetting (Civitas) – our ringfenced foreign aid budget is anything more than a massively wasteful exercise in post-imperial arrogance, moral grandstanding and self-delusion. I'm also mad keen to hear them explain how – contrary to all evidence – standards of governance, transparency and moral compunction in failing African states are every bit as high as they are in the UK. And if they are unable to do this then the case against Godfrey Bloom is risibly weak. It depends entirely on the immeasurably trivial semantic significance of his use of the phrase "Bongo Bongo Land".
It's not a phrase I'd use myself – but purely for generational reasons. I'm quite sure that the phrase would have resonated quite nicely with Bloom's West Midlands audience who, being Ukipers, would have no truck whatsoever with political correctness and would have warmed to this cheeky, jolly, defiantly old school outburst of retro, comic-book xenophobia. What it didn't do, I'm equally sure, is instil in his audience an immediate urge to go and lynch the nearest black person. Only someone who worked for the Guardian or the Independent or the BBC would think that, which is why they've been giving this non-story so much play.
Bloom was absolutely right, I think, to tell the star chamber of the Today programme that he doesn't "do" political correctness. This refusal to climb down will have won him – and his party – many more supporters than it has cost them.
I'm less impressed by Ukip's response. "We're asking Godfrey not to use this phrase again as it might be considered disparaging by members from other countries."
All right, so it's a very, very mild rebuke, delivered with some reluctance and more for the sake of immediate back-covering than anything. Nevertheless, I think it's a grave mistake ever to fight battles on terrain of the enemy's choosing.
What we have seen just now with Godfrey Bloom is the classic Alinskyite Left in action. On the real issues – Ukip now commands a significant chunk of the vote; the Coalition's foreign aid policy is a disaster – it cannot win, for the facts are not on its side. Therefore, it has to distract, by focussing on areas where it thinks it can win: suggesting, for example, that Ukipers are guilty of that ne plus ultra of modern crimes – racism.
We're going to see a lot more of this in the next couple of years, not just from the Old Left (Guardian, BBC etc) but also from the New Left in the form of Cameron's Conservatives (who really are a force to be reckoned with now that they've got Machiavels Lynton Crosby and Jim Messina on their side).
These underhand tactics are clearly unsettling Ukip, which can't quite decide whether to brazen it out as Bloom did (and as Farage is so good at) or whether to come over all career safe and disingenuous and emollient like all the other parties. Personally I think the latter is a huge mistake. The moment Ukip starts aping the cant and dishonesty of LibLabCon it will lose its legitimacy among all those of us – and I've met plenty, most recently at a Ukip hustings in the West Midlands – who value the party precisely because it doesn't represent more of the bloody same. If the Guardian and the BBC are offended by our tone so what? Worrying about what the Guardian and the BBC is the sort of thing Cameron's Conservatives do: and Ukip are not Cameron's Conservatives.

BASTOLA ZINAUZWA KAMA PEREMENDE MITAANI...!!
KUKITHIRI kwa rushwa miongoni mwa baadhi ya maofisa wa Jeshi la Polisi nchini, kumesababisha silaha ndogondogo hususan bastola kumilikiwa na watu wasio na sifa nchini. Uchunguzi wa kina wa gazeti hili katika mikoa mbalimbali nchini ikiwamo iliyopo mipakani inaonyesha kuwa, bastola zinamilikiwa na watu bila ya kufuata taratibu na nyingine zikitumika kwa ajili ya kufanyia uhalifu.
Hivi sasa hata vibaka ambao awali walikuwa wakitumia visu na mbao za misumari kupora mali za watu, sasa wanafanya uhalifu huo kwa kutumia bastola. Mbali ya vibaka kumiliki bastola, wahamiaji haramu walioko ndani ya mipaka ya Tanzania inayopakana na Rwanda, Burundi na Jamhuri ya Kidemokrasia ya Kongo, wanadaiwa kuingiza silaha nzito, ambazo zinatumika kwa ajili ya matukio ya kihalifu.
Jinsi silaha zinavyopatikana
Uchunguzi unaonyesha moja ya njia ambayo imekuwa ikitumika watu wasiokuwa na sifa kupata bastola au bunduki ni kutumia mawakala au baadhi ya maofisa polisi, waliopo katika mikoa mbalimbali ambao huwatafutia vibali vya kumiliki. Utaratibu wa kawaida ni kwamba waombaji wanaotaka kumiliki silaha ni lazima wajadiliwe katika kamati za ulinzi na usalama za mtaa au kijiji, wilaya na mkoa na kuhojiwa ili kujiridhisha kama mwombaji ana sifa.
Mkoa wa Kilimanjaro
Uchunguzi wa gazeti hili umebaini kuwa baadhi ya vijana wadogo wakiwamo wafanyabiashara, wana vibali vya kumiliki bastola mkoani Kilimanjaro na hawakupitia mchakato huo.
“Unataka kibali cha kumiliki bastola? Una milioni moja na nusu nikuunganishe na jamaa Dar anakufanyia process (mchakato) zote anakuletea kitabu,”alisema kijana mmoja jina tunalihifadhi.
Kwa mujibu wa vyanzo vya kuaminika, baadhi ya maofisa wa Jeshi la Polisi makao makuu na wale waliopo mikoani, wamegeuza suala la kumilikisha watu silaha kama mradi wa kujitajirisha.
“Tatizo la nchi hii ni corruption (rushwa) kwa sababu unajiuliza hivi hawa vijana wadogo kabisa wanamiliki bastola na hawakujadiliwa kwenye kikao chochote,”alidokeza mfanyabiashara mmoja.
Uchunguzi zaidi umebaini kuwa wapo wanaojiita wafanyabiashara, lakini ni matapeli wa kimataifa nao wamepewa vibali vya kumiliki bastola na wakati mwingine huzionyesha waziwazi wakiwa baa.
“Ufyatuaji wa risasi siku hizi umekuwa holela…ninavyofahamu ukifyatua hata risasi moja, lazima uandikishe maelezo polisi ulifyatua kwa sababu zipi siku hizi lakini hilo halifanyiki,” ilidokezwa.
Inadaiwa kuwa kutokana na kuwapo kwa ulegevu wa vyombo vya dola hususan Polisi, baadhi ya wamiliki wa bastola hizo wamekuwa wakizikodisha kwa majambazi ambao huzitumia katika uporaji.
Kwa mujibu wa uchunguzi huo, ulegevu huo katika kudhibiti matumizi ya silaha, kumetoa mwanya kwa baadhi ya wamiliki kukodisha bastola zao na kurudishiwa baada ya matukio pasipo kugunduliwa.
Dar es Salaam
Uchunguzi wa Mwananchi Jumapili unaonyesha kuwa kuongezeka kwa idadi ya watu wanaomiliki silaha kinyume cha sheria jijini Dar es Salaam, kumeongeza matukio ya uhalifu. Baadhi ya watu ambao wapo karibu na maofisa wa polisi makao makuu wamekuwa wakitumia nafasi hiyo kuwatafutia watu vibali vya kumiliki silaha.
Watu hao wamekuwa wakijipatia Sh600,000 hadi Sh900,000 kwa kibali kimoja cha kumiliki silaha.
Hali hiyo imesababisha wahalifu wengi wakiwamo vibaka mitaani kumiliki silaha ambazo wanazitumia kupora watu mitaani.
Mussa Radhamn Mkazi wa Kigogo jijini Dar es Salaam anasema hali ni mbaya, hivi sasa hata vijana wasiokuwa na kazi wanamiliki silaha. Alisema hivi sasa huwezi kupita uchochoroni kuanzia saa 4:00 usiku, lazima utakutana na vibaka wakiwa na bastola.
Wahamiaji haramu
Mkoa wa Kagera
Akizungumza kwa sharti la kutotajwa jina lake, mmoja wa wakazi wa Wilaya ya Ngara alisema kuwa silaha nyingi hasa bunduki za rashasha (sub machine gun) zinanunuliwa nchini Burundi.
“Wakati kambi za wakimbizi za Lukole zikifanya kazi, silaha zilikuwa zikipatikana kwa wingi, lakini kwa sasa kwa kuwa wakimbizi hao wameondoka, silaha zinafuatwa hukohuko,” alisema na kuongeza:
“Kuna watu wana uhusiano na wenyeji wa Burundi, basi wanaziagiza tu… bunduki moja ya SMG ni kama Sh200,000 wanakuletea. Unajua kule kwa sasa kuna njaa kali kwa hiyo yale makundi ya waasi yalikuwa na silaha nyingi hayana jinsi ila kuziuza ili kujikimu kimaisha.”
Kwa upande wake Ofisa Mfawidhi wa Idara ya Uhamiaji katika mpaka wa Rwanda na Tanzania (Rusumo), Mahirande Samuel alisema ni vigumu kudhibiti wahamiaji haramu hasa katika mpaka wa Burundi kwani ni mkubwa na uwezo ni mdogo. Hata hivyo, Kamanda wa Polisi Mkoa wa Kagera, Philip Kalangi alisema wahamiaji hao wamekuwa wakishiriki katika matukio ya uhalifu wakishirikiana na wenyeji.
“Wahamiaji haramu wamechangia sana katika matukio ya uhalifu. Wanaharibu mazingira kwa kuchoma misitu, kuchoma mkaa, kupasua mbao na ujangili. Tunafaya juhudi kutekeleza agizo la Rais la kuwaondoa nchini na kazi inaendelea vizuri,” alisema na kuongeza:
“Hadi sasa tumeshakamata silaha aina ya bunduki za gobori 50 ambazo zimesalimishwa, ila wanaosalimisha hatuwajui maana huzitupia kwa viongozi wa vijiji na kukimbia. Silaha tulizokamata ni mbili ambazo ni SMG ikiwa na risasi 70 na gobori moja.
Akizungumzia tukio la Juni 15, mwaka huu, ambapo mabasi mawili yalitekwa na majambazi na kuwapora abiria katika pori la Kasindaga, Kamana Kalangi alisema bado uchunguzi unafanyika, lakini kuna kuhusika kwa wahamiaji haramu wakishirikiana na wenyeji.
Naye Mkuu wa Mkoa huo, Kanali Fabian Massawe alisema kuwa majeshi ya Tanzania kwa sasa yanajipanga kwa ajili ya operesheni ya kuwaondoa wahamiaji haramu mkoani humo.
Kwa sasa majeshi yetu yanajipanga kwa ajili ya operesheni, alisema na kuongeza:
Kama Serikali itasaidia tunataka operesheni hii iwe endelevu, ila hatuwezi kuweka kambi za jeshi mipakani kwa sababu sheria za kimataifa haziruhusu. Operesheni hii ni kwa wahamiaji wa nchi zote zinazotuzunguka. Nashangaa Rwanda peke yao wanalalamika.
Mkoa wa Mwanza
Uchunguzi unaonyesha kuwa watu wengi wamepata silaha kwa njia ya haramu. Baadhi ya watu wamenunua kutoka kwa wakimbizi na wengine wakipata vibali vya kumiliki kupitia kwa mawakala au maofisa wa polisi wasiokuwa waaminifu.
Lugwecha Makune Mkazi wa Nyegezi jijini Mwanza, alisema kuwa hali ya uhalifu mjini Mwanza hivi sasa inatisha. Alisema kuwa hivi sasa wahalifu wengi wanatumia bastola kupora watu mitaani tofauti na zamani walikuwa wakitumia mapanga.
Kamanda wa Polisi Mkoa wa Mwanza, Ernest Mangu alipotakiwa kuzungumzia hali hiyo alisema yupo nje ya ofisi atalitolea ufafanuzi baadaye. Hivi karibuni Rais Jakaya Kikwete alitoa agizo la kuwarudisha makwao wahamiaji hao, huku idadi yao ikifikia zaidi ya 10,000 waliorudi kati ya 50,000 wanaokadiriwa kuwepo nchini.
Wiki hii Waziri wa Mambo ya Ndani, Dk Emmanuel Nchimbi akizungumza na waandishi wa habari jijini Dar es Salaam, alisema operesheni ya kuwandoa kwa nguvu wahamiaji waliobaki itakuwa ya kushtukiza.
Msemaji wa Jeshi la Polisi nchini, Advera Senso alipotakiwa kuzungumzia suala hilo, alisema atafutwe baadaye. Hata hivyo, alipopigiwa simu alisema afuatwe ofisini kwake kulizungumzia, lakini alipofuatwa alisema alikuwa na kazi nyingi.
Maoni ya watu mbalimbali
Mhadhiri wa Uchumi wa Chuo Kikuu cha Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Profesa Humprey Moshi alisema kuongezeka kwa matukio ya watu wanaotumia silaha, ni matokeo ya ukosefu wa amani katika nchi za jirani ambao umesababisha wahalifu kuingia nchini kwa njia za kificho wakiwa na silaha.
Moshi anasema ukiritimba katika upatikanaji silaha serikalini si sababu ya watu kununua silaha kwa njia za siri, bali ukosefu wa ajira kwa vijana na mmomonyoko wa maadili ndivyo vilivyoifikisha hali ya kutokuwa na usalama mahali ilipo leo.
“Taratibu za upatikanaji wa silaha serikalini siyo tatizo, migogoro katika nchi jirani ndiyo inayofanya silaha zipatikane kwenye mipaka yetu,” anasema.
Mkuu wa Chuo Kikuu Huria cha Tanzania (OUT), Profesa Tolly Mbwete alisema suala la upatikanaji silaha haramu si la Tanzania peke yake, nchi inapaswa kushirikiana na nchi zote na kushauri serikali za mitaa kushirikiana na vyama vya siasa kudhibiti tatizo hilo.
Naye, Mhadhiri wa Chuo Kikuu cha Dar es Salaam, Profesa Gaudence Mpangala alisema upatikanaji wa silaha kiholela unatokana na kubadilika kwa mfumo wa maisha na kwamba baadhi ya watu siku hizi wanamiliki silaha kama njia mojawapo ya kujipatia fedha kwa njia za uhalifu.
“Kuna mianya mingi ya kumiliki silaha kinyume na sheria, Serikali imeweka sheria ambazo ni lazima zifuatwe,” alisema.

The fee has yet to be confirmed but both clubs have confirmed the deal and he will be presented to Real’s supporters at 12pm on Monday.
El Mundo newspaper has reported that the fee is €91m (£77.7m) which falls just short of the £80m the Liga giants paid Manchester United for Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009.
However reports in Britain say that the price paid is actually €100m (£85.3m) which would be a record. There are some indications that this figure will not be announced publically as Real Madrid would rather Ronaldo remains the official world record signing.
“I am not sure there is ever a good time to leave a club where I felt settled and was playing the best football of my career to date. I know many players talk of their desire to join the club of their boyhood dreams, but I can honestly say, this is my dream come true,” said Bale.
“I am well aware that I would not be at the level I am today were it not for firstly Southampton and then Spurs standing by me during some of the tougher times and affording me the environment and support they have.
“Tottenham will always be in my heart and I’m sure that this season will be a successful one for them. I am now looking forward to the next exciting chapter in my life, playing football for Real Madrid.”
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy added: “‘Gareth was a player we had absolutely no intention of selling as we look to build for the future.
“He is a player whose career we have fostered and developed and he was only a year into his new four year contract.
“Such has been the attention from Real Madrid and so great is Gareth’s desire to join them, that we have taken the view that the player will not be sufficiently committed to our campaign in the current season.
“‘We have, therefore, with great reluctance, agreed to this sale and do so in the knowledge that we have an exceptionally strong squad.”
Bale will wear the number 11 shirt in Madrid.
Bale joined from Southampton in May 2007 and during his six years with the Club made 203 appearances, scoring 55 goals.
Speaking after Spurs’ 1-0 defeat to Arsenal in the North London derby, Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas said: “He is going to join Real Madrid and we wish him all the best.
“He has left us with great memories from last season which I think every Tottenham fan cherishes but he has moved on and we move on as well.”

Una mujer brasilera se tragó su celular para evitar que su novio leyera los mensajes que ella tenía en el aparato.
Los médicos, familiares y amigos de Adriana Andrade, de 19 años, están muy intrigados por saber qué es lo que oculta la muchacha en los mensajes del celular para haber tomado esa tonta y peligrosa decisión.
Tras haberse tragado el móvil, fue llevada inmediantamente a una clínica para ser atendida.
