10 Little Habits that Steal Your Happiness
You ultimately become what you repeatedly do. If your habits aren’t helping you, they’re hurting you. Here are a few examples of the latter that will steal your happiness if you let them:
1. Focusing on everyone’s story except your own. Don’t be so satisfied with the success stories of others and how things have gone for them that you forget to write your own. Unfold your own tale and bring it to life. You have everything you need to become what you are capable of becoming. Incredible change happens when you decide to take control. This means consuming less and creating more. It means refusing to let others do your thinking, talking, and deciding for you. It means learning to respect and use your own ideas and instincts to write your passage.
If you want your life story to soar to new heights, you’ve got to clear a path, reduce the time-sinks and burdens weighing you down, and pick up the things that give you wings. Keep your best wishes and your biggest goals close to your heart and dedicate time to them every day. If you truly care about what you do and you work diligently at it, there’s almost nothing you can’t accomplish.
2. Waiting for the perfect moment.

Kendrick Lamar Is MTV's No. 1 Hottest MC In The Game
MTV's Hottest MC's in the Game list has reached it's conclusion as the final two spots were handed out tonight.
Coming in at No. 2 is Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz. Some people may question Tity Boibeing ranked this high, but there's no denying the fact that he was everywhere in 2012.
His album Based On a T.R.U. Story debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with sales of147,000 copies in its first week. The project spawned the hits "I'm Different," "No Lie" and "Birthday Song." The album was nominated for Best Rap Album at the 55th Grammy Awards
"No Lie" has since been certified platinum with sales over 1 million.
2 Chainz also appeared on A$AP Rocky's "F*ckin' Problems," Nicki Minaj's "Beez in the Trap," Kanye West's "Mercy" and many more.
Coming in at No. 1 on the list is Compton's Kendrick Lamar. The Top Dawg Entertainment artist came into his own in 2012.
K. Dot's good kid, m.A.A.d city album sold 242,000 copies in its first week and has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
The project featured the hit singles "Swimming Pools (Drank)" and "Poetic Justice."
Kendrick made guest appearances on A$AP Rocky's "F*ckin' Problems," Birdman's"B-Boyz"; Schoolboy Q's "Blessed" and A$AP's "1 Train."
Congrats to Kendrick on nabbing the top spot.

Askofu Mkuu wa Kanisa la Anglikana nchini, Dk Valentino Mokiwa(pichani), amevamiwa na majambazi nyumbani kwake, Mbezi kwa Yusufu, Kimara jijini Dar es Salaam usiku wa uamkia jana. Katika tukio hilo, mlinzi wa askofu, amejeruhiwa kwa kukatwa mapanga sehemu mbalimbali za mwili ikiwa ni katika kumshinikiza aonyeshe alipo Askofu Mokiwa. Kwa mujibu wa Askofu Mokiwa, tukio hilo lilitokea jana saa 8:45 usiku ambapo watu hao walikata uzio na kufanikiwa kuingia kwenye uwanja wa nyumba yake.
Alisema baada ya watu hao ambao idadi yake haifahamu kuingia ndani ya uzio, walikutana na mlinzi na kumshinikiza awaonyeshe alipo yeye (askofu). Aliongeza kuwa, mlinzi huyo baada ya kuwaeleza watu hao kuwa, askofu hayupo, walianza kumcharanga mapanga sehemu mbalimbali za mwili.
“Wamemjeruhi mshipa wa mguu wa kushoto, sehemu za kichwani na kukata kidole, wakati haya yakiendelea mlinzi wangu alipiga kelele ambazo ziliwezesha kumshtua mke wangu na mlinzi mwingine wa jirani yangu,” alisema.
