Askofu Mkuu wa Anglikana Aamiwa na Majambazi

Askofu Mkuu wa Kanisa la Anglikana nchini, Dk Valentino Mokiwa(pichani), amevamiwa na majambazi nyumbani kwake, Mbezi kwa Yusufu, Kimara jijini Dar es Salaam usiku wa uamkia jana. Katika tukio hilo, mlinzi wa askofu, amejeruhiwa kwa kukatwa mapanga sehemu mbalimbali za mwili ikiwa ni katika kumshinikiza aonyeshe alipo Askofu Mokiwa.

Kwa mujibu wa Askofu Mokiwa, tukio hilo lilitokea jana saa 8:45 usiku ambapo watu hao walikata uzio na kufanikiwa kuingia kwenye uwanja wa nyumba yake.
Alisema baada ya watu hao ambao idadi yake haifahamu kuingia ndani ya uzio, walikutana na mlinzi na kumshinikiza awaonyeshe alipo yeye (askofu). Aliongeza kuwa, mlinzi huyo baada ya kuwaeleza watu hao kuwa, askofu hayupo, walianza kumcharanga mapanga sehemu mbalimbali za mwili.
“Wamemjeruhi mshipa wa mguu wa kushoto, sehemu za kichwani na kukata kidole, wakati haya yakiendelea mlinzi wangu alipiga kelele ambazo ziliwezesha kumshtua mke wangu na mlinzi mwingine wa jirani yangu,” alisema.

Alisema mtu huyo alikamatwa Februari 12, mwaka huu, eneo la Shule ya Sekondari ya City iliyopo Area A, mjini hapa. Bila kutaja matusi yaliyotumwa na mtuhumiwa huyo, Misime alisema, mtuhumiwa huyo alitumia simu yake ya mkononi yenye namba 0763-448556 kutuma ujumbe huo wa matusi.

Alisema mtuhumiwa huyo ambaye amekana mashtaka hayo alifikishwa katika Mahakama ya Wilaya ya Dodoma Mjini, juzi na kesi yake imeahirishwa hadi Machi 21, mwaka huu itakapotajwa tena.
Kamanda Misime aliwataka wakazi wa Mkoa wa Dodoma kuacha kutumia simu zao za mkononi kwa kutuma ujumbe wa matusi na vitisho kwa watu wengine.
Alisisitiza kuwa atakayekamatwa kwa tuhuma hizo atafikishwa katika vyombo vya sheria.

Kutukanwa kwa viongozi hao wa Bunge, kulifuatia Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (Chadema), kutangaza namba za Spika na Naibu wake katika mkutano wa hadhara uliofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam ili wawashinikize wajiuzulu.
Siku moja baada ya mkutano huo, chanzo kilicho karibu na Spika Anne Makinda , kilisema jumla ya simu 200 zilipigwa kwa ajili ya kumtukana.
Hali kadhalika katika kipindi hicho jumla ya ujumbe mfupi 400 wa simu za mkononi (SMS), uliokuwa ukimtukana ulipokelewa katika simu zake.

Chris Brown Cursing Valet Attendant for $5 Overcharge

Chris Brown cursed and threatened a valet attendant who allegedly tried to scam him by asking $10 for service, instead of the usual $5. A source told TMZ that Brown lost his temper because he felt cheated. The source claimed that other people were charged $5 for valet service, but Brown was singled out because he was a celebrity. The source explained that this incident was not about the money, but principle.

The incident took place in Studio City, California on Wednesday, March 6. Brown attended Stars and Strikes Celebrity Charity Bowling Tournament at Pinz Bowling Alley, in which other celebrities such as The Wanted, Pete Wentz, Patrick Stump, Nick Cannon and will.i.am were expected to be present. After attending the event, Brown went to a valet attendant to get his car, but the valet attendant asked for $10 for the service.

Feeling cheated, Brown exploded at the scene, “Give me my keys. F**k ten dollars. We’re gonna turn this spot up, I promise you.” Someone from Brown’s entourage tried to calm him down, saying, “We got the money, don’t worry about it.” Brown cursed the valet attendant one more time before leaving the place with his group, “F**k a** ten dollars.”

It seemed that Chris Brown kept having bad day recently. A day before, he reportedly left his bodyguard in Bermuda airport because of an altercation. The bodyguard ended up catching another flight to bring him home.

Completing 27 years of building the much-awaited Billionaires List, Forbes with its elaborate global wealth team of reporters and editors churn out the 2013 list of the World’s Richest! List reads former number one telecom tycoon Carlos Slim continuing his reign on number one with riches worth $73 billion, followed by Bill Gates with $67 billion and Amancio Ortega on number three worth $57 billion. Calculating from among 1,426 contenders, a net aggregate of their wealth amounts to $5.4 trillion, recording a 17% increase from its previous $4.6 trillion. 210 new ten-figure fortunes were identified this year and reports claim that the constant rise in asset value is the driving force behind the increase in wealth. U.S takes away the “most number of billionaire” trophy with 442 billionaires, followed by Asia-Pacific with 386, Europe – 366, the Americas – 129 and Middle East & Africa -103. Here’s a brief on the Top Ten Billionaires of the World in 2013:

1. Carlos Slim Helu: Staying on the top of the list, fourth year in a row, Carlos Slim, the telecom tycoon even at age 73 is up and about churning billions every year. The reason being his good fortune with the surging stock prices and successful expansions over the last year. As earlier mentioned, this booming billionaire is worth $73 billion in comparison to $69 billion from last year.
