Jeshi la Polisi mkoani Dodoma, limemkamata mkazi wa Chang’ombe mkoani hapa, Noel Mlingwa (25), kwa tuhuma za kumtumia ujumbe mfupi wa matusi kwa njia ya simu, Spika wa Bunge Anne Makinda na Naibu wake, Job Ndugai. Kamanda wa Polisi mkoani Dodoma, David Misime, alitoa taarifa hiyo jana kwenye vyombo vya habari. Alisema mtu huyo alikamatwa Februari 12, mwaka huu, eneo la Shule ya Sekondari ya City iliyopo Area A, mjini hapa. Bila kutaja matusi yaliyotumwa na mtuhumiwa huyo, Misime alisema, mtuhumiwa huyo alitumia simu yake ya mkononi yenye namba 0763-448556 kutuma ujumbe huo wa matusi.
Alisema mtuhumiwa huyo ambaye amekana mashtaka hayo alifikishwa katika Mahakama ya Wilaya ya Dodoma Mjini, juzi na kesi yake imeahirishwa hadi Machi 21, mwaka huu itakapotajwa tena.
Kamanda Misime aliwataka wakazi wa Mkoa wa Dodoma kuacha kutumia simu zao za mkononi kwa kutuma ujumbe wa matusi na vitisho kwa watu wengine.
Alisisitiza kuwa atakayekamatwa kwa tuhuma hizo atafikishwa katika vyombo vya sheria.
Kutukanwa kwa viongozi hao wa Bunge, kulifuatia Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (Chadema), kutangaza namba za Spika na Naibu wake katika mkutano wa hadhara uliofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam ili wawashinikize wajiuzulu.
Siku moja baada ya mkutano huo, chanzo kilicho karibu na Spika Anne Makinda , kilisema jumla ya simu 200 zilipigwa kwa ajili ya kumtukana.
Hali kadhalika katika kipindi hicho jumla ya ujumbe mfupi 400 wa simu za mkononi (SMS), uliokuwa ukimtukana ulipokelewa katika simu zake.

A source told TMZ that Brown lost his temper because he felt cheated. The source claimed that other people were charged $5 for valet service, but Brown was singled out because he was a celebrity. The source explained that this incident was not about the money, but principle.
The incident took place in Studio City, California on Wednesday, March 6. Brown attended Stars and Strikes Celebrity Charity Bowling Tournament at Pinz Bowling Alley, in which other celebrities such as The Wanted, Pete Wentz, Patrick Stump, Nick Cannon and will.i.am were expected to be present. After attending the event, Brown went to a valet attendant to get his car, but the valet attendant asked for $10 for the service.
Feeling cheated, Brown exploded at the scene, “Give me my keys. F**k ten dollars. We’re gonna turn this spot up, I promise you.” Someone from Brown’s entourage tried to calm him down, saying, “We got the money, don’t worry about it.” Brown cursed the valet attendant one more time before leaving the place with his group, “F**k a** ten dollars.”

Drunk Student Cooks Flatmate's Pet Hamster in a Frying Pan
A student who cooked a hamster in a frying pan has been banned from keeping animals for eight years.
James White, 21, today admitted to killing his Korean flatmate’s female adult Syrian hamster after a drinking binge, but claimed it was dead before he put it in the pan.
White, in the final year of a Politics and International Relations degree, was in a drunken stupor when police arrived at his York University digs, with a “pungent” cooking smell coming from his room.
Officers found the hamster in a pan on a lit hob.
White, who has no recollection of the night, is said to have exclaimed: “I f****** fried it!”
District judge Roy Anderson read a letter from the hamster’s owner, who said he was still flatmates with White and that he hadn’t had time to name his pet before it died.
The judge banned White from keeping animals for eight years, ordered him to do 120 hours’ unpaid community work and told him to pay £1,000 prosecution costs.
He said: “By your treatment of this small, unfortunate rodent you have destroyed your character.”
The case had been set for a trial at Selby magistrates court, in North Yorkshire, but the guilty plea was made after the judge said he felt it was unnecessary to hear from two expert witnesses in forensic animal pathology. Mirror
