It is probably safe to say that most of you do not think much about the way you get your Zzzs at night. But would you if you knew that the way you sleep could tell a lot about the type of personality you have?
According to body language expert Robert Phipps, the way people sleep at night actually determines a lot about the type of personality they have. In a new study on the topic, Phipps has identified four sleeping positions that affect personality.
“Our sleeping position can determine how we feel when we wake,” said Phipps.

Baada ya Rais Jakaya Kikwete kutangaza matokeo ya sensa, inayokaribia watu 45 milioni, siku chache baadaye deni la taifa lilitangazwa kufikia Sh21 trilioni huku katika wastani kila mtu akidaiwa Sh467,404. Fedha hizo zinatokana na mkopo baada ya Serikali kukopa kwa ajili ya kujenga miundombinu kama barabara, bomba la gesi, mishahara ya wafanyakazi, na miradi mingine. Kwa mujibu wa taasisi isiokuwa ya kiserikali ya Tanzania Coalition on Debt and Development (TCDD), serikali inadaiwa ‘mzigo wa madeni’ unaofika Sh21 trilioni.
Mkurugenzi wa taasisi hiyo Hebroni Mwakagenda, anafafanua kwamba Serikali inakopa fedha hizo Benki Kuu (BoT), Benki za Biashara, Kampuni za Bima na Mashirika ya Hifadhi za Jamii, Benki ya Dunia (WB), Benki ya Maendeleo Afrika (ADB) na Shirika la Fedha Ulimwenguni (IMF).
Mwakagenda anasema deni limeongezeka kwa dola 456.1 milioni sawa na Sh7.3 trilioni katika kipindi cha mwaka mmoja tu, tangu Oktoba 2011.

Polisi Wamfanyia Kitu Mbaya Lady Jaydee
Jana kupitia mtandao wa Twitter mwanadada Lady Jaydee alisimulia kitendo kilimchokera baada ya polisi walioitwa kwenda kumsaidia akiwa kwenye chumba cha hoteli baada ya kuzidiwa ambao waliamua kuwapigia simu waandishi wa habari za udaku waje wapate picha na habari.
“Police mnatumwa kuja kuni rescue mgonjwa Hotel Room, mnaita waandishi waje kuchukua story! Hamjanitendea haki, nimesikitishwa,” alitweet Jaydee.
“Nawaambia I can’t walk wananilazimisha shuka watu watakubeba gari tumepaki nyuma. Kumbe camera ziko chini huko zinangoja.”
Akijibu swaliu lililouliza kama waandishi hao walipata walichokitaka Jaydee alijibu, “I told them walete doctor humo hotel room kama hawaezi waondoke. Hotel staff told me nsishuke kuna camera chini.”
“Mwenyewe nashangaa hawakuwa wanajali mimi kupata nafuu bali maslahi. Hakuna utu hapo.”

Oprah Winfrey and sexual discrimination are usually not mentioned in the same sentence, but Oprah’s OWN network has been hit with a sex discrimination lawsuit. Carolyn Hommel a former senior director of scheduling and acquisitions at Oprah’s OWN Network in 2010 claims she was fired after she became pregnant.
In a suit, obtained by ABCNews.com, Hommel, who is seeking unspecified damages, claims that her superior at OWN, Michael Garner, gave her a “negative and untruthful performance” after she became pregnant, ruining her chances of promotion.
But after she went on maternity leave in February 2012, not only was her job eliminated, but she was passed over for the vice president’s position, which instead went to the temporary employ
