The Man With No Face is Celebrating After his Wife Gave Birth to a Healthy Baby Girl

A FATHER with no face who feared his unborn child would inherit his shocking condition is celebrating after his wife gave birth to a healthy baby girl.

Mohammad Latif Khatana, 32, and his wife Salima, 25, from Jammu and Kashmir in India, have been enjoying every moment with their newborn daughter.

Ulfat, meaning love in Urdu, was born naturally at home, in Reasi district, on November 10, weighing a healthy 5lbs 5oz.

As soon as Latif held his new daughter he quickly checked her over for any visible marks. But the new parents were overjoyed to find their little girl was healthy and unmarked.

FA to Look into Ferdinand Coin-strike

The FA are to investigate the scenes that marred the end of Sunday's Manchester derby, after Rio Ferdinand was struck by a coin thrown from the crowd. The governing body will await the report of referee Mark Atkinson before taking action, with a handful of incidents likely to fall under their inquiry.

Drugs Could be Legalized in The United Kingdom

Senior MPs have called for action in the 'war on drugs' as part of a reform of the UK's system on illegal substances.
The Home Affairs Committee told David Cameron that the current approach is not working, with some suggesting that legalisation could be the answer.
In an effort to consider all solutions, experts are even looking at the approach taken in Portugal, where the emphasis is on drug treatment, rather than law enforcement.
MPs want to find out what we can learn from Portugal, where users of small amounts of drugs escape criminal punishment if they attend a 'Dissuasion Commission'.
They argue that harsh custodial punishments are part of the problem, as some users only become addicted to legal substances once they're in prison.
